Winning at the Track is a speed/pace program that is now available as stand-alone software and as a unique, interactive handicapping program. In both cases, the WATT program measures the capability of each horse based on its most recent past performances (up to ten). These capabilities are displayed in a variety of ways including Ability; Early Speed; Late Speed, and so on. Most importantly, your "Key Horse" appears within the top three PM Ratings virtually every time.
The Winning at the Track stand-alone software package ($299.95) actually includes three programs: The original WATTdos program, WATTwin, and the Database program. Liberty Publishing will continue to sell and support the WATT program(s). Also, new online members can now purchase the stand-alone version at a substantial discount.
The Database is part of the package. It creates WATT Race Files for both the Windows version and the classic DOS program. BRIS past performance files can be downloaded two days before race day and cost only $1.00. Annual WATT program updates are inexpensive and can be received quickly via e-mail. Online members to the interactive program receive their stand-alone updates free.
Every WATT program (including WATTwin or WATTdos) performs beautifully regardless of the operating system: Win95, Win98, 2000, XP, or VISTA. Note that WATT will only run on Windows 7 when "DosBox" (free) is installed.
