LPC is one of the nation's leading trade publishers of horse race handicapping books and software. Especially popular is WINNING AT THE TRACK (WATT), an inexpensive speed/pace handicapping program, first introduced in 1985, and improved every year since. Today, it is one of the most popular tools of its kind: (WATT)
You will be amazed by the accuracy of this program! WATT not only presents a complete picture of the contest, but it also shows how the race is likely to unfold.
Until a few years ago, WINNING AT THE TRACK was strictly a DOS-based program, and due to its popularity, it is still being updated and sold. However, the newest Windows Version is also included in the package. Today, every WATT program works well in Win95, Win98, 2000, XP, and now VISTA. However, WINNING AT THE TRACK will not run on a 64-bit supercomputer processor.
WINNING AT THE TRACK race files are created quickly and inexpensively by a separate program called the DATABASE. This isn't a data-entry program. It simply transfers information from a BRIS file to a new WATT race file. (Database details)
